lbaji Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement governing use of the lbaji platform. By accessing the lbaji website or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all of these Terms. Please read this document carefully and in full.

lbaji is an online gaming and cricket betting platform that provides a safe, fair, and entertaining experience for users in Bangladesh. All services provided on this platform are governed by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

lbaji may request account verification as part of its security and fraud prevention measures. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the lbaji platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to use the lbaji platform:

• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• lbaji employees, their family members, or authorized representatives.
• Individuals whose accounts were previously closed and who have re-registered.
• Individuals who have requested self-exclusion, for the duration of that exclusion.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

To make transactions on the lbaji platform easy and secure, we support the mobile banking and financial services commonly used in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to registered and verified accounts.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after receiving a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• lbaji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.3 VIP and Loyalty Program

lbaji's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through consistent activity and gaming engagement.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on the lbaji platform is conducted on the basis of fair play. The outcome of every game is entirely random and not predetermined.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets affected by technical errors will be settled on the basis of a review.
• lbaji will not be responsible for changes to bet outcomes caused by internet connection issues or device problems.
• In cricket betting, the official results of BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC tournaments will be considered final.

6.2 Slots and Casino Games

All slots, live casino, and other games are operated by third-party game providers. lbaji does not control the outcomes of these games and the game provider's own terms and conditions also apply.

6.3 Taking a Break and Setting Limits

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the lbaji platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to process illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of lbaji's systems.
• Depositing with third-party funds or selling an account.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

lbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion.

8.1 User-Requested Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, you can submit a request via our 24/7 live chat or email. If a valid balance exists, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the request is processed.
